This is the video that Focus on the Family took down off their website that "asked people to pray for "rain of biblical proportions" during Barack Obama's Aug. 28 appearance at Invesco Field at Mile High to accept the Democratic nomination for president."

Barns for Obama
The Ohio branch of the Obama campaign is encouraging rural supporters to paint their barns to show support. The Obama campaign released this video of a barn being painted with their official logo overdubbed with Obama speaking about rural values.

Obama Speaks Out On Georgia-Russia Conflict
Despite being on a well deserved one-week Hawaii vacation, Obama met with the press today to speak out about the Russian retaliation against Georgia.
Let me be clear: we seek a future of cooperative engagement with the Russian government, and friendship with the Russian people. We want Russia to play its rightful role as a great nation - but with that role comes the responsibility to act as a force for progress in this new century, not regression to the conflicts of the past. That is why the United States and the international community must speak out strongly against this aggression, and for peace and security.
McCain Persists With Celebrity Theme
John McCain continues to take the low road by running attack ads that aim to paint Obama as a celebrity with no real leadership qualities. Fan club is the latest McCain attack ad, invoking none other than Wayne's World in a time when you would expect issues to take precedent over juvenile character assassination.
Obama Flips Celebrity Label on McCain
McCain's Celebrity ad instantly warranted a response from the Obama campaign, claiming the ad employed old style politics and low road tactics. McCain has continued his celebrity accusations, even after being mocked by Paris Hilton in her own ad. The Obama campaign has issued another response, Embrace, this time with their sleeves rolled up. Take cover, the mud slinging has only just begun.

Tired of Obama? Some People Are.
This poll finds 48 percent have heard too much about the Democratic senator.
I Pledge Allegiance...
Barack Obama was heckled in his opening remarks in Berea, Ohio, for having not recited the Pledge of Allegiance before beginning the town hall meeting. Supporters began chanting before being silenced by Obama, who led them in the Pledge and remarked "We usually do an invocation and the Pledge before we start. So, I don't know what happened. I'm glad this young man reminds us. Thank you, sir, appreciate it."
Obama iPhone 2008
This article on Politico got me thinking about an Obama equivalent of McCain/Exxon 2008. I have been considering Obama's running mate for a while and think it should definitely be the iPhone. Now that's change you can touch.
