The AP is reporting that former presidential hopeful and Democratic Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut will endorse Barack Obama today in Cleveland Ohio. Both Clinton and Obama have been scouting Dodd's support but it looks like Obama wins. Many say endorsements don't matter much, but I beg to differ. Any support garnered may bring a couple of more members onto the Obama train that may have cast a vote for Hillary otherwise. Dodd is a superdelegate so hopefully this will add another layer of support in the long run as well.
